Search the roster before you talk to anyone
Search is open without an account and without a card. Pick a niche such as skincare, pets or tech, then narrow by platform (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta feed ads, Amazon listing, product page), format, age band (21 to 29, 30 to 39, 40+) and setting (bathroom, kitchen, gym, outdoors, desk, car). Each result is a casting spec with the rate band for that format, so price is visible before the first message.
Build a shortlist you can share
Add creators to a shortlist while you browse. Starter keeps 3 active shortlists, Growth 20 and Scale and Enterprise 100. On Growth and above you can open a casting call to your shortlist, which asks only the creators you picked whether they can take the job on your dates. A brief form that creators can actually follow
The brief has fixed fields: product and how it ships, audience, the problem you solve, three hooks to try, a shot list, do and do not, deliverables with aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) and the rights tier. Fixed fields mean the creator reads the same structure on every order and you stop rewriting the same paragraph for each person. Delivery and approval
Standard turnaround is 5 business days. The creator uploads files into the order, you review them in the browser and either approve or ask for changes. Starter includes 2 revision rounds. Growth adds hook variants per order and a raw footage add-on, which matters if your editor cuts new versions in house. Scale adds client approval links, so an agency can let the brand sign off without giving it a seat.
A rights record for every asset
Every order carries a usage rights field: organic only (included), paid ads 3 months (plus 30 percent), paid ads 12 months (plus 60 percent) or perpetual (plus 100 percent). When the order closes, the platform writes a rights record per asset with the creator, the tier, the start date, the end date and the platforms covered. How money moves
You fund the order up front. The creator sees that the money is there and starts work. Payment is released to the creator after you approve, or automatically after 5 days without a response, so nobody is left waiting on a busy inbox. Creators keep 100 percent of their posted rate. Your plan adds a platform fee per order of 12, 8, 5 or 3 percent.

Starter costs USD 49 per month or USD 24 per month billed yearly, with up to 5 orders a month and a 12 percent fee. Growth is USD 149 or USD 74 yearly, up to 30 orders and 8 percent. Scale is USD 399 or USD 199 yearly, up to 120 orders and 5 percent. Enterprise is USD 999 or USD 499 yearly, up to 400 orders, 3 percent, SSO and an audit log. Do I need an account to search creators
No. Search, filters and casting specs with rate bands are open without an account or a card. You create an account to see the matching creators, their comp cards and clips, and to shortlist, brief or book.
Who are the creators on the platform
Adults aged 21 and over who passed an ID check before their profile went live. Each one sets a rate inside our platform rate bands and keeps all of it.
What happens if I do not answer after delivery
The order releases payment to the creator automatically after 5 days without a response. Approve or request a revision inside that window if you need changes.
Can an agency run several brands on one account
Yes. Scale includes 5 brand workspaces and Enterprise 25, each with its own shortlists, orders and rights records.
