UGC marketplace where brands search and pick creators first

Most UGC marketplaces ask you to describe the job and wait for creators to apply. UgcModels flips the order. You search a casting book of adult, ID verified creators, see their clips and rates, and book the ones you want. This page explains how the marketplace works, what each side pays and why searching first saves a week on every batch of ads.

Who is on each side of the marketplace

Brands are the paying side. They are DTC teams, subscription apps, Amazon and Shopify sellers and performance agencies that need fresh creative every month. Creators are the supply side. They are adults aged 21 and over who passed an ID check, publish a comp card and a rate card, and get booked directly from search.

  • Brands pay a subscription plus a platform fee per order.
  • Creators pay nothing to list and keep 100 percent of the rate they post.
  • The platform holds the order funds until the brand approves the work.

Why search first beats post and wait

On a post and wait marketplace the brand writes a listing, the listing collects applications for a few days and someone on the team reads every pitch. The best creators are often the busiest, and they rarely apply to cold listings. You end up choosing from whoever had time.

Searching first changes who does the work. You filter by niche, platform, format, age band, setting and rate, watch portfolio clips in place and shortlist the five people who fit. Then you open a casting call to that shortlist only, which asks your picks whether they can take the job on your dates. Casting calls to a shortlist come with Growth and above. You decide the faces, and the creators only answer questions that are relevant to them.

What you control on every order

  • The exact creator, not a pool of applicants.
  • The price, read from a public rate card before contact.
  • The rights tier, written into the order before work starts.
  • The approval, with revision rounds included.

Fees per plan

The subscription unlocks shortlists, briefs, orders and rights records. The platform fee is a percentage on top of the creator's rate, and it falls as your plan grows. Monthly prices are listed first, yearly prices are half and are the default.

PlanMonthlyYearly, per monthPlatform fee per orderOrders per month
Starter USD 49 USD 24 12 percent up to 5
Growth USD 149 USD 74 8 percent up to 30
Scale USD 399 USD 199 5 percent up to 120
Enterprise USD 999 USD 499 3 percent up to 400

A worked order

Say you book a 30 s clip at a creator rate of USD 200 with paid ads rights for 3 months. The rights uplift adds 30 percent, so the creator total is USD 260. On Growth the 8 percent fee adds USD 20.80, so you fund USD 280.80 for that order. On Scale the same order costs USD 273. The creator receives USD 260 in both cases. Twenty such clips a month save USD 156 in fees on Scale, which already covers the USD 125 gap between yearly Growth and yearly Scale. That is why volume buyers move up. How payment moves through an order

The brand funds the order up front, so the creator knows the money is real before filming. After delivery the brand approves or asks for a revision. Payment is released to the creator after approval, or automatically after 5 days without a response. Payments are final, with exceptions only for a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total service failure.

Trust built into the listing

Every creator is 21+ and ID verified before the profile goes live. Rate cards are public. Usage rights are a field on every order and produce a rights record per asset when the order closes. If your legal team asks what you licensed, you send them the record, not an email thread. Our UGC usage rights guide covers each tier.

Teams that get the most from a casting book

  • A performance marketer who refreshes Meta and TikTok creative every two weeks and wants to pick faces quickly.
  • A growth lead at an app who needs on-camera testimonials and screen recorded demos in 9:16.
  • An Amazon or Shopify seller who needs photo sets and 15 s demos for listings.
  • An agency strategist who casts for several client brands and needs separate workspaces and client approval links on Scale.

FAQ

Do creators pay a fee to be on the marketplace

No. Creators list for nothing and keep 100 percent of the rate they post. The platform fee is paid by the brand on top of the rate.

Can I still invite creators to apply

On Growth and above you can open a casting call, but only to creators already on your shortlist. The marketplace has no open job board.

What if a creator does not deliver

The order funds stay with the platform until approval. A delivery that never arrives does not release payment to the creator.

Is there a monthly minimum of orders

No. The plan sets a ceiling on orders per month, not a minimum. Starter allows up to 5.
