Apply to be a UGC creator brands can search and book

Joining UgcModels takes one sign up and a short review. We check four things before your profile goes live: that you are 21 or older, that your ID matches you, that your portfolio clips show real on-camera work, and that your rate card sits inside the platform rate bands. Once you pass, brands can find you in search the same day your profile is published.

Four checks before your profile goes live

CheckWhat passesWhy it matters to brands
Age You are 21 or older Every person on the roster is an adult, and brands can cast by age band with confidence
ID verification A government ID that matches a live selfie The person in the clips is the person who gets booked and paid
Portfolio clips At least 3 clips you filmed yourself, in vertical or square format Brands judge delivery, lighting and voice from real work
Rate card Every format priced inside the platform rate band Brands compare creators fairly, and nobody undercuts the floor

What the ID check does and does not do

The ID check confirms your identity and your age. Brands never see your document, your full legal name or your date of birth. They see your display name, your age band (21 to 29, 30 to 39 or 40+) and the comp card fields you choose to fill in. How we store and delete ID data is explained on the UGC platform security page and in the privacy policy.

How to apply

  1. 1Create your account with your email and choose "I am a creator".
  2. 2Confirm the 6 digit code we email you.
  3. 3Complete the ID check and the live selfie.
  4. 4Fill in your comp card: on-camera type, settings you can film in, gear, languages, platforms and turnaround.
  5. 5Upload portfolio clips and, if you shoot stills, a photo set.
  6. 6Set your rate per format inside the bands below.
  7. 7Submit for review. When it passes, your profile goes live in search.

    Rate bands you price inside

    FormatBand
    15 s clip USD 100 to 200
    30 s clip USD 150 to 300
    60 s clip USD 200 to 450
Photo set of 5 USD 120 to 250
Hook variant USD 25 to 50 each
    Raw footage add-on USD 40 to 100

You keep 100 percent of the rate you post. The brand pays the platform fee on top. If you are new to pricing, the UGC brand deals page explains how to place yourself inside a band.

What makes clips pass review

We look for clips that show you can carry a short ad, not for follower counts. Good portfolio clips have a clear hook in the first two seconds, steady framing, clean audio and good light. Show range: one talking testimonial, one product demo, and one format you are strong at, such as hands only, voiceover, unboxing or a screen recorded app demo. Film in the settings you list on your comp card, so a brand looking for a kitchen or gym creator sees exactly that. More ideas are on the UGC creator portfolio page.

What does not pass

  • Clips you did not film or appear in
  • Reposts of another creator's work
  • Content that makes medical claims or shows before and after results for medical conditions
  • Explicit or suggestive content
  • Clips with watermarks from other platforms covering the frame

What happens next

Brands search the roster, open your comp card, and add you to shortlists. You receive casting calls and direct orders with a brief, a deadline and the usage rights tier already written in. The brand funds the order up front, and your payment is released when the brand approves the delivery, or automatically after 5 days without a response. See the full flow on the for creators page.

FAQ

How long does the review take

Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. If something is missing, we email you what to fix and you can resubmit straight away.

Do I need a big following

No. Brands book UGC for the ad, not for your audience. Clear portfolio clips and a complete comp card matter far more than followers.

Is there a fee to apply

No. Applying is free, the profile is free, and you keep 100 percent of your posted rate.

Can I apply if I only do voiceover or hands only

Yes. Choose voice only or hands only as your on-camera type, and upload clips that show that format.
