Insense pricing, plans and marketplace fees for a real UGC order
Insense pricing starts at USD 400 a month on the Brand plan billed yearly (USD 4,800 up front) or USD 500 a month billed quarterly, plus a 10 percent marketplace fee on every creator payment. The Agency plan is USD 640 to 800 a month with a 7 percent fee, and the one month trial is USD 650 with a 20 percent fee. Creator payments are on top of all of it.

Insense plans and prices
These are the self service plans on the Insense pricing page as of October 2026. Prices change, so check the page itself before you sign anything.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Marketplace fee | Seats and brands |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | USD 650 for one month | Monthly, one month only | 20 percent | 1 seat, 1 brand, up to 10 creators, 1 campaign |
| Brand | USD 500 per month or USD 400 per month | Quarterly (USD 1,500) or yearly (USD 4,800) | 10 percent | 2 seats, 1 brand, unlimited campaigns |
| Agency | USD 800 per month or USD 640 per month | Quarterly (USD 2,400) or yearly (USD 7,680) | 7 percent | 4 seats, 5 brands, unlimited campaigns |
Add ons are listed separately: an extra seat is USD 30 a month, an extra brand USD 100 a month, and 5 more Meta Partnership Ads connections USD 125 a month. Insense says the marketplace fee is made of a payment facilitation fee and a service fee, each 5 to 10 percent, charged on what you pay creators.
There is no monthly plan after the trial. The shortest commitment is one quarter, so the cheapest way to keep Insense for a year is USD 4,800 paid at once.
How the Insense trial works
The trial costs USD 650 for one month, gives you one campaign and up to 10 creators, and carries the highest fee, 20 percent. Product seeding, affiliate and TikTok Shop campaigns are not part of it. The detail that catches teams out is the renewal: per the pricing page, the trial upgrades on its own to the Brand plan billed quarterly at USD 500 a month unless you cancel at least 48 hours before it ends, by email or chat. Put that date in your calendar the day you start.
What a month on Insense really costs
The plan price is only part of the bill. Here is the same month priced three ways: 10 videos, each paying the creator USD 200.
| Line item | Insense Brand, yearly | Insense Brand, quarterly | UgcModels Growth, yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform plan per month | USD 400 | USD 500 | USD 74 |
| Creator payments | USD 2,000 | USD 2,000 | USD 2,000 |
| Fee on creator payments | 10 percent, USD 200 | 10 percent, USD 200 | 8 percent, USD 160 |
| Total for the month | USD 2,600 | USD 2,700 | USD 2,234 |
| Up front commitment | USD 4,800 | USD 1,500 | USD 888 |
On UgcModels the creator rate covers organic use, and paid ad rights are a fixed uplift on the rate (plus 30 percent for 3 months, 60 percent for 12 months, 100 percent perpetual). On Insense you agree content rights with the creator inside the platform. In both cases the license is money that goes to the creator, so compare the same rights term on both sides. The per format rate bands we use are on UGC cost per video.
At low volume the gap is mostly the plan price. At 30 or more videos a month the fee percentage matters more than the plan, and the Insense Agency plan at 7 percent or our Scale plan at 5 percent start to make sense.
Where Insense is the better buy
Insense is a strong product, and for some teams the price is worth it.
- Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads at scale. The Brand plan includes 10 Partnership Ads connections and Agency unlimited, so you can run ads from creator handles. If whitelisting is the core of your program, that matters more than the plan price.
- Influencer posts, product seeding, affiliate and TikTok Shop in one place. Insense covers those campaign types on paid plans. UgcModels is a casting book for UGC content, not an influencer program tool.
- Dedicated customer support and a customer success manager, which some teams want on a USD 4,800 commitment.
If that list describes your plan for the next twelve months, Insense is worth the price. If you mainly need ad creative from people you pick yourself, you are paying for features you will not use.
Insense pricing compared with other UGC platforms
| Platform | Entry price | Fee on creator pay | Commitment | Best for |

| Billo | Videos from USD 99, no subscription required | Creator pay included in the video price | Prepaid balance | One off videos, fast |
| UgcModels | USD 24 per month yearly, USD 49 monthly | 12, 8, 5 or 3 percent by plan | Month or year | Choosing the exact creator by look, setting and rate |

How to decide if Insense is worth it for your brand
Write down three numbers before you book a demo with anyone: how many videos you need a month, how many of them will run as paid ads from a creator handle, and how many people on your team need a seat. Then price one real month on two platforms with the same script, the same length and the same rights term.
- Under 10 videos a month and no whitelisting: a month to month plan with a per order fee is usually cheaper than USD 4,800 up front.
- Whitelisting on most videos, plus seeding or affiliate: Insense Brand is built for it.
- An agency with several clients: compare Insense Agency at 7 percent against a plan with client workspaces and a lower fee.
It also helps to look at the ads your competitors already run before you brief anyone. An ad spy tool shows the live UGC creatives in your category on Meta and TikTok, which tells you which hooks and formats the market is already paying for.
How much does Insense cost per month
Insense costs USD 400 per month on the Brand plan billed yearly, or USD 500 per month billed quarterly. The Agency plan costs USD 640 per month yearly or USD 800 quarterly. A one month trial is USD 650. Creator payments and a 7 to 20 percent marketplace fee are added on top.
Does Insense have a free trial
No. The Insense trial is paid, USD 650 for one month with a 20 percent marketplace fee, one campaign and up to 10 creators. It upgrades automatically to the quarterly Brand plan unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the trial ends.
Does Insense charge a fee on creator payments
Yes. Insense charges a marketplace fee on what you pay creators: 20 percent on the trial, 10 percent on Brand and 7 percent on Agency. The pricing page says it combines a payment facilitation fee and a service fee, and creator payments are not included in any plan.
Can you pay for Insense monthly
Only during the one month trial. After that the Brand and Agency plans are billed quarterly or yearly, and the quarterly plan renews every 3 months. Access continues to the end of the billing cycle when you cancel.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Insense
Yes, if you do not need Partnership Ads at scale. UgcModels plans start at USD 24 per month billed yearly with a 12 percent fee, and Billo sells single videos from USD 99. Compare the total for the same number of videos and the same usage rights term.
